Left Lower Eyelid
Patient with a history of Large Basal Cell Carcinoma, nodular to the Left Lower Eyelid. The patient underwent Mohs surgery in two stages with Full-Thickness skin graft and lateral tarsal strip repair.
Patient with a history of Melanoma in-situ to the Right Lower Eyelid. The patient underwent Excision with Keystone flap repair 1 week later.
Patient with a history of basal cell carcinoma to the right lateral lower eyelid. Patient underwent Mohs surgery in one stage resulting in a 10 mm x 5 mm defect. Patient underwent reconstruction with complex closure.
Patient with a history of basal cell carcinoma to the right mid lower eyelid. Patient underwent Mohs surgery in three stages resulting in a 16 mm x 12 mm defect. Patient underwent reconstruction with a complex repair.
Patient with a history of melanoma to the left lateral lower eyelid. Patient underwent excision of melanoma and a temporary porcine Xenograft dressing was placed. Patient underwent reconstruction with a full thickness skin graft.
Patient with a history of basal cell carcinoma to the right lower eyelid. Patient underwent Mohs surgery in one stage resulting in an 8 mm x 5 mm defect. Patient underwent a wedge closure.
Patient with a history of basal cell carcinoma to the right lateral canthus with pre-existing lid laxity. Patient underwent Mohs surgery in three stages resulting in a 3.5cm x 1.9cm defect. Flap reconstruction with lid tightening.
Patient with history of gradually increasing pigmentation on right lateral lower eyelid margin. Patient diagnosed with a melanoma in-situ, underwent resection with clear margins obtained. Patient then underwent right lateral eyelid reconstruction with Hughes tarsoconjunctival flap with full thickness skin graft, and subsequent division.
