Mohs Face Patient 12

Description:

Patient with a history of basal cell carcinoma to the left upper forehead.  Patient underwent Mohs surgery in four stages resulting in a 3.2 cm x 3.0 cm defect.  Patient underwent reconstruction with a rotation flap closure.
