Patient with a history of consistent partially sampled squamous cell carcinoma in the background of brisk chronic inflammation, to the lower lip. The patient underwent Mohs surgery in three stages with Rotation Flap repair.
Site: Upper Cutaneous Lip
Patient with a history of Squamous Cell Carcinoma, Well-Differentiated Invasive, to the Upper Cutaneous Lip. The patient underwent Mohs surgery in Two stages with Lip Switch Flap repair.
Site: Left Inferior Vermillion (Left Lower Lip)
Patient with a history of Well-Differentiated Squamous Cell Carcinoma, Ulcerated and Impetiginized, to the Left Inferior Vermillion. The patient underwent Mohs surgery in three stages with Rotation Flap repair.
Site: right lower lip
Patient with a history of Bowen’s disease to the right lower lip. Rotation flap closure performed following Mohs surgery elsewhere resulting in a 2.5 cm x 1.5 cm defect.
Patient with a history of basal cell carcinoma to the upper Cupid’s bow, vermillion and cutaneous skin. Patient underwent Mohs surgery in two stages with a defect measuring 1.2cm x 1.7cm. Patient underwent reconstruction with a full thickness skin graft.
Patient with a history of basal cell carcinoma x 2 to the left upper cutaneous lip. Patient underwent Mohs surgery to both areas resulting in 6 mm x 6 mm and 9 mm x 9 mm defects. Patient underwent reconstruction with a combined complex repair.

resulting in a 8mm x 8mm defect. Patient underwent reconstruction with a complex linear repair.
Patient with a history of basal cell carcinoma to the right upper cutaneous lip. Patient underwent Mohs surgery in two stages resulting in a 8 mm x 8 mm defect. Patient underwent reconstruction with a full thickness skin graft.
Patient with a history of basal cell carcinoma to the left upper lateral cutaneous lip. Patient underwent Mohs surgery in two stages resulting in a 12 mm x 10 mm defect. Patient underwent reconstruction with a V-Y flap reconstruction.
