Mohs Lip Patient 09

Description:

Patient with a history of basal cell carcinoma to the right upper lateral cutaneous lip.  Patient underwent Mohs surgery in three stages resulting in a 19 mm x 21 mm defect.  Patient underwent reconstruction with a V-Y flap.
