Patient with a history of Melanoma in-situ to the Right Lower Eyelid. The patient underwent Excision with Keystone flap repair 1 week later.
Site: Right Medial Cheek
Patient with a history of basal cell carcinoma to the right medial cheek. The patient underwent Mohs surgery in two stages resulting in an 8mm x 7mm defect, followed by immediate reconstruction with a full-thickness skin graft.
Patient – left frontal scalp
Patient with a history of Bowen’s disease to the left frontal scalp. The patient underwent Mohs surgery in two stages resulting in a 2 cm x 1.8 cm defect and underwent reconstruction with a full-thickness skin graft.
Site: right mid alar rim
Patient with a history of Basal cell carcinoma to the right mid alar rim. The patient underwent Mohs surgery in four stages resulting in a 1.4 cm x 1.0 cm defect, followed by delayed reconstruction with a forehead flap.
Site: right lower lip
Patient with a history of Bowen’s disease to the right lower lip. Rotation flap closure performed following Mohs surgery elsewhere resulting in a 2.5 cm x 1.5 cm defect.
Site: mid forehead
Patient with a history of Basal cell carcinoma to the mid forehead. The patient underwent Mohs surgery in three stages resulting in a 2.5 cm x 2.0 cm defect, followed by immediate reconstruction with a rotation flap.
Site: left ear, mid helix
Patient with a history of an ill-defined atypical pigmented lesion to the left ear mid helix. The patient underwent a series of two excisions resulting in a 2.5 cm x 1.0 cm defect. Once clear margins were confirmed, full-thickness skin graft closure was performed.
Patient with a history of Squamous cell carcinoma to the superior philtrum. The patient underwent Mohs surgery in two stages resulting in an 8mm x 6mm defect, followed by immediate reconstruction with an advancement/rotation flap.
Patient with a history of basal cell carcinoma to the left forehead. Patient underwent Mohs surgery in two stages resulting in a 6 mm x 6 mm defect. Patient underwent reconstruction with a delayed full thickness skin graft.
Patient with a history of basal cell carcinoma to the right ala of the nose. Patient underwent Mohs surgery in two stages resulting in a 12 mm x 10 mm defect. Patient underwent reconstruction with a full thickness skin graft.
