Mohs Ear Patient 06
Patient with a history of basal cell carcinoma to the left ear mid helical sulcus. Patient underwent Mohs surgery in two stages resulting in a 10 mm x 9 mm defect. Patient underwent reconstruction with a full thickness skin graft.
Excision Face Patient 01
Patient with a history melanoma in-situ to the mid forehead. Patient underwent excision with Xenograft until clear margins were obtained. Patient then underwent repair with a full thickness skin graft.
Mohs Ear Patient 10
Patient with a history of large basal cell carcinoma to the left ear external auditory canal. Patient underwent Mohs surgery in one stage resulting in a 2.5 cm x 3.0 cm defect. Patient underwent reconstruction with a skin graft with a stent to keep canal entrance open.
Mohs Face Patient 05
Patient with a history of basal cell carcinoma to the left medial cheek. Patient underwent Mohs surgery in three stages resulting in a 3.6 cm x 2.5 cm defect. Patient underwent reconstruction with a rotation flap.
Mohs Face Patient 15
Patient with a history of basal cell carcinoma to the right suborbital cheek. Patient underwent Mohs surgery in three stages resulting in a 2.6 cm x 2.0 cm defect. Wound allowed to granulate and then patient underwent delayed full thickness skin graft reconstruction.
Mohs Face Patient 16
Patient with a history of basal cell carcinoma to the right chin. Patient underwent Mohs surgery in three stages resulting in a 1.6 cm x 1.1 cm defect. Patient underwent reconstruction with a rotation flap.

Patient with a history of basal cell carcinoma to the right suborbital cheek. Patient underwent Mohs surgery in three stages resulting in a 3.4 cm x 3.4 cm defect. Patient underwent reconstruction with a rotation flap.
Mohs Eye Patient 02
Patient with a history of basal cell carcinoma to the right lateral canthus with pre-existing lid laxity. Patient underwent Mohs surgery in three stages resulting in a 3.5cm x 1.9cm defect. Flap reconstruction with lid tightening.

Patient with a history of basal cell carcinoma to the mid lower forehead/glabella region. Patient underwent Mohs surgery in two stages resulting in a 2.5 cm x 2.1 cm defect. Patient underwent reconstruction with a rotation flap.
Mohs Face Patient 12
Patient with a history of basal cell carcinoma to the left upper forehead. Patient underwent Mohs surgery in four stages resulting in a 3.2 cm x 3.0 cm defect. Patient underwent reconstruction with a rotation flap closure.
