Mohs Nose Patient 08
Patient with a history of basal cell carcinoma to the right nares. Patient underwent Mohs surgery in four stages with defect measuring 10mm x 14mm. Patient underwent reconstruction with a xenograft and subsequent full thickness skin graft.
Mohs Nose Patient 15
Patient with a history of basal cell carcinoma to the left mid dorsal nose. Patient underwent Mohs surgery in one stage resulting in a 6 mm x 6 mm defect. Patient underwent reconstruction with a full thickness skin graft.
Mohs Nose Patient 01
Patient with a persistent pimple to right nasal tip. Biopsy proven sebaceous carcinoma. She underwent Mohs surgery and forehead flap reconstruction. She did well with no evidence of recurrence.
Mohs Nose Patient 09
Long standing basal cell carcinoma left nasal tip, left medial rim. Mohs defect involving left nasal tip, left lower dorsum and left medial ala rim. Forehead flap with cartilage graft.
Mohs Lips Patient 07
Patient with a history of squamous cell carcinoma to the lower lip. Patient underwent Mohs surgery in three stages resulting in a 5.5 cm x 2.5 cm defect. Patient underwent reconstruction with a bilateral Bernard Webster flap closure.
Mohs Nose Patient 11
Patient with a history of basal cell carcinoma to the left medial ala. Patient underwent Mohs surgery in four stages with defect measuring 12mm x 12mm. Patient underwent reconstruction with a composite graft from the left helix.
Mohs Nose Patient 10
Patient with a history of basal cell carcinoma left mid dorsum nose. Patient underwent Mohs surgery in three stages. Patient then underwent forehead flap and reconstruction.
Mohs Nose Patient 12
Patient with a history of basal cell carcinoma to the nasal tip and dorsum. Patient underwent Mohs surgery in three stages with a 2.6 cm x 1.9 cm defect. Patient then underwent reconstruction with a forehead flap.
Mohs Nose Patient 24
Patient with a history of basal cell carcinoma to the nasal tip. Patient underwent Mohs surgery in two stages resulting in a 2.5 cm x 2.2 cm defect. Patient underwent reconstruction with a forehead flap.
Mohs Nose Patient 14
Patient with a long standing basal cell carcinoma to the right nose. Patient underwent Mohs surgery in two stages resulting in a full thickness defect of nose and cheek. Patient underwent reconstruction with a paramedian forehead flap.
