Mohs Nose Patient 23

Description:

Patient with a history of basal cell carcinoma to the right mid ala.  Patient underwent Mohs surgery in three stages resulting in a 9 mm x 8 mm defect.  Patient underwent reconstruction with a full thickness skin graft.
